Mr. Paul Osei-Antwi is the founder and President of Pinnacle Heights Academy. Prior to his position as a Child and Family Advocat with the Ministry of Health and Social Services in Quebec, Canada, Mr. Osei-Antwi was employed as a Case Manager with the government of Ontario. Mr. Osei-Antwi graduated from the University of Toronto in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with keen focus on Cognitive Development. Mr. Paul Osei-Antwi also holds a Master's degree from the University of London, UK, in Public Policy and Management.

Dr. Kobby Mensah is a senior Lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship, University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). He teaches Tourism Marketing, Political Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Financial Services Marketing and many other related areas. Dr. Mensah has served as the Coordinator for the Marketing and Communications Unit of UGBS for the past four years with the responsibility of managing and maintaining a strong UGBS brand. Dr. Mensah obtained his PhD. in Journalism from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. He also holds an MSc in International Marketing from the Sheffield University, United Kingdom and is a chartered marketer. As a board member, Dr. Mensah will support the technological and marketing drive at PHA. Dr. Mensah will also support in the structuring and teaching methodology at PHA.

Dr. Thelma Ama Opoku-Agyeman is a lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Ghana. Dr. Opoku-Agyeman earned her Doctorate degree in Pharmacology from the University of Cambridge, UK in 2015. Mrs. Opoku-Agyeman's passion for higher education has prompted her to take on many challenging roles in academics, including not limited to; Teaching Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist, Demonstrator in Psychology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology. In terms of advocacy and community development, Dr. Opoku-Agyeman remains passionate proponent of womens's right; a key contributor to the Peperdem Ministries; a pro women's movement. Undoubtedly, Mrs. Opoku-Agyeman's intellecturalism, advocacy work and passion for education will support PHA to empower our students to approach social issues with a progressive mindset.

Dr. Adam Tetteh Larbie is an Engineer and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Mr. Larbie is actively associated with the Institution of Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He has supervised industrial attachment of students from the various polytechnics and universities in Ghana. He also taught final-year courses in Transportation and Automobile Engineering from 2012 to 2014. He has varied experience of 25 years in undergraduate and post-graduate research and development activities and administration at various levels.

Ms. Amma Frimpomaa Dwumah is a lawyer and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. Ms. Dwumah also holds an English degree from the University Ghana and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Cape Coast. Ms.Dwumah is the current Managing Director at SIC Savings and Loans. Ms. Dwumah also graduated as Teacher from the St. Louis Training College, Ghana. Ms. Dwumah started her career as a teacher with the OLA Girls Senior High School where she taught English and English Literature. Ms. Dwumah will ensure that PHA maintains a modenized human resources management and practice. Ms. Dwumah will also provide legal advice to PHA.

Mad. Grace-Gloria is an educationist with the Ghana Education Service and part of her work experience in the educational sector has given her the skills necessary to carry out any task assigned to her. Some of her many attributes include her flexibility and proactiveness in the delivery of her duties and always putting in measures to ensure the best outcome of any task given her. Ms. Obuobie understands human behaviour in the workplace, has vast knowledge in human resource management, organisational and time management skills and the ability to contribute effectively to teamwork. Ms. Obuobie holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Methodist University College, Ghana. She received her BA from the University of Cape Coast. Ms. Obuobie will support in employment of competent teaching staffs and training.

Ms. Irene Chu is currently a Nurse Counselor for Chronic Disease Management for the Cree Board of Health and Social Services in Quebec, Canada. Ms. Chu holds a Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Toronto, Canada and has a rich knowledge in Healthcare Pediatrics. She has a keen interest in the welfare of children thus embarking on a public health project to encourage child safety. Ms. Chu facilitated the donation of over 350 All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) helmets to children to ensure their safety. Ms. Chu has also worked as a Research Assistant for the Montreal Neurological Institute to Dr. Andrea M. Laizner and the Lung Cancer Navigation Center at the McGill University Hospital Center. As a Board Member at Pinnacle Heights Academy, Ms. Chu will guide and support the goal of ensuring the health and safety of all our students.

Melina Gilbert-Genereux is trained French-Mathematics Teacher from the University of Quebec. Ms. Gilbert-Genereux has an extensive teaching background, including teaching mathematics at Asimauttaq School in Kuujjuarapik and Segunda Suerte, Ecole l'Envole in Joliette. Currently, Ms. Gilbert-Genereux is teaching French as a second language to new immigrants at Ecole de francization in Quebec, Canada. Ms. Gilbert-Genereux has done exceptional volunteer work for Orphan Resources International (ORI) in 2011, where she travelled to Guatemala to work on different projects to improve the quality of life and living environment of children. Ms. Gilbert-Genereux was also a member of the Regional Committee of Education for the International Development of Lanaudiere, Togo in 2016. In this role, Ms. Gilbert-Genereux was a member of volunteer group who travelled to kusuntu village in Togo to assist the local population in best sanitation practices and help improve their overall living conditions. Ms. Gilbert-Genereux will support PHA to develop a strong French curriculum and support both students and teachers who are seeking to advance their fluency in French.
